Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product 10% Processing Fee for the cancelled items if it is done so with reasonable time for resales to be made by us prior to us receiving our allotment.  If you are unsure if you would like the item then please do not make a pre-order, your order leads us to increase our order. Hence if you should need to cancel your order at a later time you will incur a 10% Processing Fee.  There are no exceptions!
