Available – Product is currently in stock and ready to ship

Back Order – Product is currently not in stock and will be sent upon availability

Out Of Stock – Product is not in stock and is not currently orderable.  When a product is marked out of stock it is because there is no known date when it will become available again.  Out of Stock products are subject to change at any time and may be switched to Available, Back Order, or Pre-Order at anytime.

Pre-Order – Items have a release date or window and are able to place an order to reserve your spot.  Pre-Orders are filled upon availability and are considered non refundable once placed. Pre-Orders may be exchanged for store credit.  See Pre-Order Cancelation Policy for more information.

FAQs

Q. How do I track my package?

A. Sign into your account and visit the order tracking page within it. There you will be able to see the status of your order and ETA of a shipped package along with it’s tracking #.  If you are a guest please check your email as it will be sent to you there or reach out to customer service.

 

Q. Can I get notifications on the availability of an item?

A. Yes, you want to add the item to your Wishlist.  When the item becomes available or runs low on inventory you will be notified.

 

Q. If I make a Pre-Order is it guaranteed?

A. We try our best to make sure all Pre-Orders are filled immediately upon release. When we place our order and get it locked in we make a 60% allotment available for Pre-Order.  Typically we should receive 100% of the locked in amount, but as the effects of the recent boom and supplies chain issues caused by Covid-19 have impacted the industry at times there will be a last minute change in available inventory, as seen with Champion’s Path.  In an event we are not properly supplied then orders will be filled as product is made available through the flushes. So in short we will get your Pre-Order filled in as timely a manner as possible.

A. We don’t talk about “The List”.

 

Q. Can I Save A Payment Method?

A. No, do to security and liability issues we will not allow the saving or storing of payment methods within our system.

 

Q. Why Can’t I use PayPal For Pre-Orders?

A. PayPal is a great processor to help both us and the buyer feel safe in most circumstances.  But unfortunately due to PayPal’s policy on holding the funds for Pre-Orders until the customer receives their products we can no longer utilize them for this function.  This forces us to absorb the cost of both the product and shipping until PayPal releases the funds, and from a business perspective that is not sustainable.

 

Q. Will Pay-Pal Be Available For Regular Purchases?

A. Yes, once we have our system set up to differentiate the Pre-Orders so that they are processed through one of our several other processors then Pay-Pal will be re-enabled for standard purchases.

 

Q. What Is Being Done About Bots?

A. We are actively trying to ensure as few bots as possible order products from us. This is why highly sought after items are only released in small flushes.  We also devise bundles that true collectors would like but are less lucrative forcing the bots to pass up on the product.

 

Q. If I Order A Case Will It Come “Factory Sealed”?

A. Yes, we will always leave cases “factory sealed”.  We understand when someone wants a case there is a chance you want it to be sealed for a collection, and in so will always leave it sealed.

 

Q. How Many Items In A Case?

A.  There are several calculations for this.  Typically; Booster Boxes have 6, ETBs have 10, Large Pin Collections have 6, Smaller Pin Collections have 12.  Theme Decks come in displays of 8, Build & Battle Boxes come in displays of 10 etc.  If you are not sure and don’t see it marked please feel free to reach out to confirm.
